THE LOAD FELL OFF A 5' LIFT GATE ON TO THE STREET. I REFUSED THE DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER SUGGESTED THE BOXES WERE DAMAGED, NOT THE FURNITURE INSIDE..SERIOUSLY? FROM A 5 FOOT FALL? I ASKED THE COMPANY TO REIMBURSE ME THE $75 I PAID THE EXTRA MOVING COMPANY TO BE THERE TO MOVE THE FURNITURE INTO THE HOUSE (THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE BUT I HAD TO REFUSE THE SHIPMENT).
HOMELEGANCE NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND ALL THEY WANTED TO KNOW IS WHEN TO RESHIP!!!
BEWARE OF THE COMPANY, IT'S AN ONLINE ONLY COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPARENTLY A CALLING CENTER AND FILING A DAMAGE CLAIMS IS A JOKE. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
