This furniture is horrible I have it less then 2 months this is something for college person not family of 4 seats already forming *** stains you can’t remove them if you try to wash them it’s even worse I want either my money back or diff furniture my husband is 6 feet when he seat down couch is making noises horrible for this price horrible and on top of everything you all number is disconnected

I sent them few pictures I can send way more then that I paid to much for this furniture tru my work and 2 months after my ya broke when u seat it makes huge noises wooed broke stains you can remove them like purchasing power website stated and phone number is disconnected horrible customer service I need someone to call me 904572****

Details
You dont know how to label boxes correctly I only received a box with half a couch. I didn't get the full set, which should of come with an ottoman and sleeper. When I called around to figure out what happened, the only response i got was i don't know, you can keep what you have or return it. You guys suck and I will never buy from you again.

Contacted manufacturer, merchant and lease owner no one is willing to help me. The lease owner said the warranty expired two months ago although I still have 4 more payments to make. Shouldn't the warranty cover the duration of the lease?

Details
Ordered a set of bedroom furniture. Was told it was going to be delayed a month and we could not cancel the order. Then we find out it will be a "curbside" delivery which had we seen that we would not have ordered the furniture. My daughter and I have horrible backs and I am not going to be home. I'm out of state. We do not know anyone that can help us. So this is a huge problem. So disappointing. It better be in perfect condition
